Factions Top sometimes records the same faction multiple times

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run /ftop
2. Inspect each page
3. Expected Error on Page 4: /ftop 4
4. See error

Expected behavior
Using the example of /ftop 4 above, you should encounter the Faction named 'mum' as recorded 3 times.
