TableSchema - add support for this model

Context

https://schema.data.gouv.fr/ mainly relies on frictionlessdata metamodels. Geoplateforme team would like to add the support for this metamodel without conversion before the validation process.

Actions

• validator-core/src/test/resources/table-schema - prepare tests data collecting examples from https://schema.data.gouv.fr/
• Perform and document a new diff between IGNF/validator - Table model and Table Schema from frictionlessdata
• ModelReader - Experiment loading of FeatureType from table schema samples
• Complete this issue documenting current limits (ex : trueValues / falseValues not supported)

Note

Support for frictionlessdata - Data Package metamodel not planned for now.
