Static attributes not return in SAML assertions

Hi,
i add the microservice and its loaded, but it adds nothing

Expected Behavior

There should be the attributes that i added in the static_attributes.yaml file

Current Behavior

The attributes are not in the response

Possible Solution

adjust Code ?

Steps to Reproduce

Just try to add a static_attribute, i try with Keycloak Identitybroker <> satosa <> DFN SAML IDP
