Website suggestions

Hello!
Here are a few suggestions I put together for the website:

• Svelte website built using fluent-svelte which is mainly dead but is still beautiful
• Completely static site built using a builder like PageFabric
• sorry I had more but didn't get the time to write them

I'll add more suggestions here soon, and I'll get to work immediately on whatever @slozier wants!

I'm not super picky as long as it's easily maintainable and deployable via GitHub pages. Looking forward to see what you come up with.
