Timeline view calendar in different language

Describe the bug

The calendar in the Project Timeline does not reflect language of the user. The anonymous browser shows the calendar in cyrillic.

To Reproduce

Odoo 18
Module 18.0.1.0.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Odoo 18 Community in anonymous browser
2. Open Project
3. Change view to Timeline
4. Calendar is displayed in Cyrillic

or

1. Open Odoo 18 Community
2. Set users language to for example Czech language
3. Change view to Timeline
4. Calendar is displayed in English

Expected behavior
Calendar should be displayed in Czech when user's language is set to Czech. To English when user's language is set to English and so on.

Additional context
Cyrillic version of the calendar is displayed in anonymous browsing tabs in Chromium web browsers (Chrome, Brave). The calendar is displayed in English in anonymous Firefox (the user can have Czech and or German lanuage set)
