To support more robust unit testing of interpolation + time integration schemes in Parcels, add the tier 1 flows (uniform flow, solid body rotation 2D&3D, and pure strain) documented in the Parcels UX Validation repository. For each flow, add unit tests that demonstrate either exactness or convergence and include assertions that demonstrate proper implementation of the time integrator and interpolator.
