Chunkloader Refuses to let me increase Chunk Loading Radius whenever I place one in a different dimension in 1.12.2 MC.

Ive been using this mod for over 2 years and it never had any issues like this until Recently, Is there a fix I can do or is this a bug that hasnt been fixed for a while?
