day, hour indices are called {k, j} instead of {j, k} in dispatch.jl

In dispatch.jl, the {unit_type, day, hour} indices throughout are called {i, k, j} instead of {i, j, k}. This should be fixed for better readability.

Why can't id be {unit_type, day, hour} for readability? or at least {u, d, h}?
