Docker container documentation

Hi!

I noticed that https://docs.crowdsec.net/u/getting_started/installation/docker/ suggests to go to https://hub.docker.com/r/crowdsecurity/crowdsec for full list of environment variables, but... It's cut. At the moment of writing it ends with words "Hub management" and there is nothing there, even though https://github.com/crowdsecurity/crowdsec/tree/master/build/docker does continue afterwards. Docker seems to be truncating the description, so it may make sense to link to GitHub file in documentation or list all environment variables in documentation directly.

It used to link to https://github.com/crowdsecurity/crowdsec/tree/master/docker (which does not exist anymore).

At the top of the description on https://hub.docker.com/r/crowdsecurity/crowdsec it was mentioned to please look at https://github.com/crowdsecurity/crowdsec/tree/master/docker since dockerhub will truncate long descriptions.

Note is missing, references are broken (non-existent).
