Description

Notes

The new column for this should be called "restriction." Those with no restrictions on their ability to practice are "no restrictions" and those who are restricted in some way (encumbrance on license or privilege, expired/otherwise inactive license, not compact eligible) are marked as "alert: restricted", ideally with some color or symbol indicator the way we currently do for compact eligible/ineligible.--will confirm this with Cosmetology decisionmakers week of April 27
