Host/link browser UI on website

We have (and currently also improve) a generic browser UI with node-wot that can be used to consume and interact with TDs.

I think it would make sense to host this static HTML with the associated JS and CSS so that we can offer a nice entry point for it on our website.

We could mention the page on https://thingweb.io/services/ and maybe also host it as part of the website?

In a committer meeting, we failed to properly configure docusaurus.config.js with the docusaurus-plugin-remote-content plugin.

The external file(s) are properly fetched but later on removed again in the build process. MD files work but html/css/js files don't 😒

As a quick initial solution, I will provide a PR that simply puts the content in static folder for now (see #139).

We host the webui under https://thingweb.io/webui/

FYI: Until we have the TDs available under HTTPS the webui won't work properly
