Parse all of the fields for runtime server

The RuntimeServer struct only has a few of the fields that are returned. That struct should have the rest of the fields added.

Before I start working on it, is there any concern with adding the rest to the existing struct?

maybe just potentially not all of them are supported in older versions of HAProxy
but that just needs means do we backport this or not to older versions of project
