i tested the issue that was closed approx 19 hrs ago, #542
and i can confirm that as of now it is persisting
opening the link builder cli whether from directly clicking on the link, or even by going to the kernels docs first and then opening leads to 404

note: it should be noted that while the device is not signed into the hf account, however, docs are supposed available without signing in as can be noted with the kernels page loading correctly
