RO-Crate profile semantic integration

Currently working on a RO-Crate profile of Treecript outputs.
The first step is to map the current outputs to an existing ontology.
@wna-se, @daniwelter and @scorreard said they could work on this, but first they need to know the level of sematic integration needed.

Extrapolating the example described at https://www.researchobject.org/workflow-run-crate/profiles/provenance_run_crate/#representing-resource-usage , it is possible to use the ontologies which fit better to describe both the metrics and the units. Some metrics or units could be properly described in one ontology and other metrics or or units could be better represented in other ones .

But it is true that some common ground should be achieved, in order to allow comparisons in the future. That common ground can be in the form of equivalence of terms among the used ontologies, as well as using the same units, or in the worst case, equivalent units.
