source/conf.py defines fix_admin_license_links() (registered on Sphinx's source-read event at source/conf.py:318) which, on every build, re-reads source/agents/docs/<file>.md (the mattermost-plugin-agents submodule per .gitmodules), applies a license-link rewrite, and writes the result to source/_generated/agents/docs/<file>.md — overwriting whatever was there. See source/conf.py:161-205.

Concretely, that means:

• Source of truth for user_guide.md / admin_guide.md: the mattermost-plugin-agents repo's docs/user_guide.md / docs/admin_guide.md — i.e. PR mattermost/mattermost-plugin-agents#709 or a follow-up plugin docs PR.
