Please create a new release

Can we get a new release please? The current version of this gem on RubyGems.org is over 3 years old. A lot of new stuff has been added in that time, including the #remove_tag_from_subscriber method which I'd like to use.

Why would you opt to do that? Publishing on RubyGems would enable anyone with the gem command installed to do a simple gem install convertkit-ruby to get your latest version.

Publishing to GitHub Packages requires everyone to do extra config just to install the gem, increasing the barrier to entry and making it less likely they actually use this gem.

You should at least update the README with guidance on how to pull the gem down from GitHub Packages. Currently, the README has conflicting information because it describes newer features like the #remove_tag_from_subscriber method but still instructs us to gem install convertkit-ruby which will pull down the version from 2016 that doesn't have this method yet.

Publishing to RubyGems is very easy. Why not do both?
