Importing a simple csv file fails to write the dates

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new vault
2. Go to parameters => import, and click the link to import a simple CSV file.
3. Configure whatever you want, keep the "created" and/or "changed" fields, and import.

Expected behaviour

Each entry should be set with the date indicated in the CSV file.

Actual behaviour

Every date was set to 0 (1970-01-01 01:33:43)

Alright, so... Passman really needs some code cleanup. It logs quite a few PHP errors to Nextcloud, and when I tried to import that CSV (generated with Keepass - which import preset is broken) with the other CSV app preset, something broke hard, and the whole server running the Nextcloud instance froze for hours before the apache restart command I sent through SSH passed. Trying to login to Nextcloud afterwards froze the whole system again.
