Can't click windows after unlocking

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Discover Overlay on KDE 6.6.3 or later
2. Go idle, have the screen lock, and then shutoff

Expected behavior

No impact on unlock.

Problematic behavior

Can't click any windows.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Operating System / Distrobution : Fedora 43 & Fedora 44
• Desktop Environment : KDE

Installation Method

• flatpak

Discord client information

Additional context

This happened around the first of April and I originally thought it was a KDE bug, then I thought maybe a KDE + AMD GPU bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=518349

I ran into it again today with an NVIDIA GPU, killed Discover Overlay's process tree and could click on things again.

Reproduced on both the RTX 5080 above and a 7900 XTX.
