Tracking: Add this tap by default

Tracking issue for adding this tap by default.

IMO I think it's good to go for the artwork, OEM tools, and the CLI tools.

For the IDEs and stuff we can leave them here but we want those upstream enabled so let's not switch over docs or recommendations to those just yet. Thoughts?

I think it's good for users to be aware that they're using uBlue's tap so they don't accidentally file issues against Homebrew's repos.

We're not going to tell users to use this tap, the tools, etc will be installed automatically.

We also made sure to name things uniquely from the upstream repos. So it is harder to accidentally install something that you wouldn't know where it was from.
