Maintenance release with input validation refactoring, function naming fixes, and removal of unused GitHub Actions workflows.

Input validation in New-AsBuiltConfig, New-AsBuiltReport, and New-AsBuiltReportConfig was inconsistent in string comparisons and default value handling; refactored for consistency
AsBuiltReport.Chart and AsBuiltReport.Diagram were incorrectly appearing in installed report module lists; now excluded
Draw-AsciiBox was being called in the email credentials prompt but the function was renamed to Draw-AsciiBanner in v1.5.0; corrected
Verbose parameter detection updated to use $PSBoundParameters.ContainsKey('Verbose') for reliable detection across all invocation styles
Claude Code and Claude Code Review GitHub Actions workflows removed
