If you want to limit to inclusive of 1.1.x as described, you should use 1.1.99 as the max, not 1.0.99. |

Hakan has told me the Ribbon addon replaces ModernUI and
since it's codebase is incompatible ( PySide2 ) with
1.2.0thiswill limit it to versions before that.
