Few docs and info are missing

First, I want to say huge thanks for providing this for the community

Whilst browsing the repo I notice few docs are return 404
Also, some files seem to be missing. I'll be happy to see if you can add them too

I would also like to comment on this topic, and I thought I should mention it here considering there is no issues tab for some reason? Anyways, the page for ItemStackRequestPacket says to "Refer to the Item Stack Net Manager documentation", but I cannot find this documentation anywhere? If anyone could give me some insight, that'd be greatly appreciated!
