Wasefire was a breaking change, so we may use the opportunity for a cleanup. The only functional change is that we don't assume batch attestation when nothing is stored, the rest is style.

get_attestation, the only functional change is that we don't assume batch attestation when nothing is stored, the rest is style.While working on this, I noticed a logic error in
set_attestationand fixed it.
