fix(config): update clash2singbox and parse Clash first

• Updates clash2singbox to a commit with the new conversion API.
• Parses Clash YAML before ray2sing to avoid format misclassification.
• Passes endpoints returned by clash2singbox into Patch().
• The go.mod/go.sum changes include transitive dependency updates required by the clash2singbox update.
