- Extract shared limiter planning into `planLimiterForLoudnorm` for Pass 3 and Pass 4. - Split loudnorm application into request/result types and preparation/execution/finalisation helpers. - Add guard tests for limiter parity, progress cadence, and loudnorm application boundaries.
