Mission: Open infrastructure for reproducible neuroimaging data synthesis
Neurostuff is an ecosystem of interoperable tools, databases, and workflows designed to support large-scale, reproducible synthesis of the neuroimaging literature. The ecosystem integrates data curation, statistical modeling, and execution environments into a unified, extensible platform for coordinate- and image-based meta-analysis.
We use advanced NLP/LLM technology to extract information from academic articles and ingest the metadata into our databases for researcher consumption to facilitate meta-analyses or other models!
